Pastor Shock was saved in 2000, and surrendered to preach the Gospel of Christ in 2009. He has been a faithful member of the Crossroad Baptist Church for 18 years and became the Assistant Pastor in December 2019.

Pastor Rhodes was saved in 1971 and surrendered to preach the Gospel of Christ in 1972. He began the pastorate in Indiana in 1976, until the Lord led him to the Cincinnati area in 1993, where he has faithfully pastored since.
